I have never used a belt squat before but this belt seems excellent. Lots of length options and comes with a carabiner. The belt itself is nice and thick and seems high quality

Great belt the only knock against it is the carabiner that comes with it is pretty awful and very difficult to clip in and out. Especially when you are 6’5”+ squatting after doing squats and trying to unclick is an additional workout I don’t want lol. Otherwise super comfortable.
