I highly recommend the Tib Bar Guy Sled Tread Tower. I use the sled for walking backwards under load and it works great for attaching bands for leg, knee and shoulder workouts. The tower is very sturdy and works excellent for hanging and pull-ups. It’s not cheap but it is very solid and worth the money.

Still pretty new in my home gym but have reverse walked as a warmup to weight training and an alternative to cardio. So far I am so happy I made this purchase and cannot wait to start seeing/feeling changes!!!
My only complaint is when I’m using the back pad for Nordic curls or back extensions the tread has slipped/moved. I wished there was a way of preventing that or an attachment to add to under the timer mount for your feet in order to do back extensions easier.
The video showing back extensions being done was one of the main reasons I chose this machine over another or multiple individual tools/machines
They say “The best workout program is the one you can do consistently”, and SledTred with the power tower is exactly what will help me stick with my program.
Assembly was pretty straightforward, and I’m blown away by the result. It’s absolutely stable when I do dips or pull-ups, and the magnets that add resistance to the treadmill are pretty good at making it as easy or as difficult as you want it to be.
If you really want to make use of the sledtred, you can even buy some resistance bands and put them through the push-up handle bars at the base of the sledtred, or the vertical beams to mimic some of the kettlebell or cable exercises you are used to at the gym.
Best of all, it fit in the corner of the office room in my apartment! This is a game-changer for me and am already making great use for it. Thanks TheTibBarGuy!

I love it . Was quick and easy to assemble by myself following the instructions. I love the versatility. I love being able to do all these things at home before I goto the gym. The SledTred was very easier to put together. The only downside to assembly was two bolts have been unable to fully engage with opposite threads. However, there are ample other bolts and the SledTred feels entirely secure. The Power Tower is a huge benefit with several pull-up grips. The resistance of the sled is highly variable and moves very smoothly. I'm extremely excited to use my SledTred well into the future, coupled with the Multi-Step Attachment, it's a full gym in one!

Works great, as described.
I admit, I'm not doing everything possible (e.g. Nordic curls), but it works great for dips, multi-position pull ups, etc. And a great way to work my legs (and lungs).

Instructions to put together were easy to understand. Instructions for the tension cable need slightly more info but still was able to complete the install. The knob needed to secure the track in place when in storage position doesn’t line up when placed through the whole in the frame.

Love the SledTred for several reasons:
(1) I work out really early in the mornings and this will not wake up my neighbors like a dragging sled on my driveway would
(2) Weather is not a factor whenever I want to sled.
(3) Distance is not a factor. An endless sled eliminates the need for a lot of space.
(4) The magnetic resistance is friction-less so unlike a sled, there is nothing that will wear out like the skis on a sled
(5) I can use it for whole body workouts: pull ups, dips, push ups, sled pushes/pulls, bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts
(6) Takes up little space considering it can do so much

Absolutely LOVE the Sled Tred for both myself and my clients! I have a standard sled, and I actually think the Sled Tred provides just as good if not a better workout for your knees and legs. Most of my clients actually say it warms them up better than the regular sled! It’s also great because it doesn’t take up a bunch of space in my home gym. And now when it’s raining and I can’t sled outside, I have an indoor option for my sled work. Best purchase ever! I am excited to see what Apex comes out with next. Build quality is excellent. Welds are great. The only thing I would change is the electronic screen. Maybe add a water bottle/cell phone holder. Those are the only suggestions I can make….and they are minor.

Absolutely an incredible home gym machine, especially if what you want is the ability to load your knees more consistently, more gradually, and more often. Once you get the tension dialed in it works really well, and the highest resistance is plenty tough to push. It's so thin, too. You're be surprised where you can fit this thing. By value per floor space, I can hardly think of anything better.

The product is better than I expected; the quality is very good—neither too soft nor too hard. It’s perfect for cushioning areas like elbows or knees. I just wish different sizes were available, as I think it could be used for more exercises.

The step is extremely sturdy. There aren't many attachments for the Sled Tred, and this is a must have.

just what my legs needed, been walking backwards on it first thing in the morning and its really helping me reactivate some dormant muscles down my right leg.
Also, if you have any belt slippage, there are adjustment screws on the front of the unit on either side to tighten and align the belt. took me a bit to find that info.

Absolutely amazing conditioning tool. Sure, a power tower might only run $100-200, but the real magic is in the magnetic resistance sled. Atg's backwards treadmill is already $700+ without providing the versatility here. My one wish is to get more resistance. Honestly, i dont even use the first 2 levels of the left ring. Please, i will pay for an extra set of magnetic rings to mount around the wheels.

Solid product with big gym quality for the home. Took me about 3 hours to assemble but wasn’t too bad. Very smooth and you can really feel it working the legs. Very nice to be indoors and not having to manhandle a sled and plates out to a field out in the country. Also having a home indoor sled of your very own
is great because you don’t have work around others on the turf at the gym. Believe me, I’ve need doing sleds of various types in a variety of environments for 3 years and the Sled Tred is the Boss!

The sled tred was the best thing that happened to me this long, cold and snow filled winter in Jersey.
For the 1st time in 10 years or more we had snow on the ground for 4 weeks straight which prevented me from using my outdoor sled , but thanks to having a sled tred I could continue working out indoors, staying in shape all winter long. Thank you

The Multi-Step Attachment is an optional add-on for The SledTred that attaches directly to the frame. It’s a fully adjustable step platform designed to unlock a wide range of knee health, mobility, and lower body strengthening exercises.
