This was exactly what I wanted for my forearms and grip. I'm going to go out and get some small 1 pound to 5 pound weights to put on the bar but that way of doing the clamp is really effective. I really highly recommend this.
Great value! What I love most about this package is just how much you get for such a great price. Great product! Supination and pronation are movements we usually don’t train due to not having a weighted product with a long lever. This fixed the problem. I due this to train my forearm extensors and flexors as well as pronation and supination both at my gym and also using it with clients at the clinic coming in for shoulder/elbow/wrist/hand injuries. What’s great is that you can load it as a dumbbell too. The extras in the box are also great tools for forearm strengthening. Great tool to have!

Great value! The bar is effective and does not require much weight. The grip trainer is ok. Nothing special. The rubber hand bands are a joke. Even the lightest version is difficult to move. I have no idea who the heavier bands are for!! Nice case to keep everything together.

Great piece of gear, I really like how it feels in the hand with the width of the grip and the knurling. Liked it so much I bought another one to have a pair! And the ability to go from club to dumbbell is pretty cool.

Best value for a forearm specific tool set on the market. The Torque Bar itself seems like it works on the website, but when you get your hands on it and put it to work, you quickly realize this is the tool you've been searching for all your life. The best part is the oversized diameter of the gripping end, it really challenges all the fine muscle structure of the lower arms; putting in some of the deepest tissue burns I've ever experienced there. Second to that is the finger extension bands, my 'old man' hands have begun to reverse-age. I love this kit!

What size weight plates does The Torque Bar accept?
The Torque Bar is designed for Olympic/Competition metal & rubber bumper plates (2" diameter). It is not compatible with 1" standard weight plates.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
